This is the premier foothills whitewater, open canoe long-weekend camping run in the province. The rapids at the end are the closest, season long, consistent whitewater available to Edmonton paddlers. Rapids are class 1-3, for intermediate paddlers.

We do cancel if it is ugly! Thunderstorms, big winds, major storm fronts in the forecast, high water >250 cms, etc.
