Eugene will be leading this trip down the North Saskatchewan River. This section includes a variety of fun rapids--Devils Elbow, Fisher's Rapid, Greer's Rapid, Lower Fisher's Rapid, most of which can be either run or avoided depending on the route you take. So this river is good for everyone from relative novice river paddlers to experienced whitewater paddlers.  It's a fun run.

This run requires club members have all their own gear, or arrange for such.

Also a run for those with wet or dry suits, full flotation, skid lids, and all the normal safety gear.  Bring lunch and drink.

We do cancel if it is ugly! Thunderstorms, big wind, high water etc.  It is best to register so our leader can send out last minute instructions or cancellation by the time you leave from work!
