Sylvia will be leading at trip around this unique lake west of Edmonton. It is a large lake and it can get very windy. The bird life is amazing, and there are islands to explore.

Yes, you must bring all your own gear, boat, etc.  Check the weather forecast for appropriate dress.  Check the attendance for car pooling. Yes you can borrow club boats gear, see our Equipment page here.

Yes, we cancel if the forecast is ugly (smoke, thunderstorms, cold fronts blowing in, big wind, etc.) and we confirm with registrants by email... best reason for registering!

Not a Ceyana Member (required for registering online), drop the Trip Leader an email and ask to join.  You will need to sign a club waiver on arrival at the start.
