About Ceyana Canoe Club Courses:
• A approved instructor teaches Ceyana courses.
• Ceyana Canoe Club Membership is required all courses except instructor/coach courses.
• Membership fees: Single $35, family $45, Senior or Student $30 per year. Two year memberships are available.
• Pre-registration form and payment is required.
• Cash or cheque payable to ‘Ceyana Canoe Club’.
• Courses will run in inclement weather unless it is unsafe. Plan to dress for the weather.
• Course cancelled 5 days in advance if insufficient registration-- book early.
• Full or partial refunds provided if course is cancelled.
The general procedure for registering for a course is to contact the Ed. Chair, or noted course coordinator 3-5 weeks in advance of the course and confirm that there is room and the course meets your needs or expectations. Then send in the course registration and fees to the club postal box (P.O. Box 4545, Edmonton (South), AB T6E 5G4) with payment by cheque. If you’ve left things a bit late, e-mail the chair to confirm a vacancy, and bring the registration form and fee to the Instructor on the first session. We prefer payment by cheque, and we reluctantly accept cash.
